We encourage applications to be a stallholder provided they aren’t duplicating something that we already have covered – we are looking to have a wide range of products to offer to our visitors, and not just many versions of the same thing. We do therefore assess each application on its merits and how it will complement what we already have. We’re particularly keen to find new artisan food and drink businesses.
